What is your privacy policy?
Especially Favoured will not rent, sell or otherwise distribute your name, address, email address, credit card information or personal information to any third party.

What currency are your prices in?
All of our prices are in Canadian dollars.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, American Express through PayPal, Email Money Transfers, Cash (for pickup orders) and Money Orders. All of our credit card payments are processed through an Internet Secure site.

Is my credit card information safe?
Especially Favoured uses PayPal the leading online payment site for secure credit card transactions made safely and securely. Link to PayPal.

I don't have a credit card. How do I order?
No problem. We accept PayPal accounts, cash, email money transfer or money orders as well. A cash payment will be due at the time of pick up in the Calgary area. If you order from outside the Calgary area you may send an email money transfer or a money order. Your order will be sent upon receipt of the money order or email money transfer.

Can I return my purchase?
All returns must be approved prior to returning. All merchandise must be in its' original, unopened packaging for any refund, exchange or credit (less shipping charges).

Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of purchase on most products.  If you wish to return a product please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number.  No returns will be accepted without this number.  All returned items must be in their original and undamaged package. You will be refunded for the item less the actual shipping cost. The shipping cost to return and/or exchange the item is the responsibility of the purchaser.

What ages are the loot bags appropriate for?
Loot Bags are for all ages. We have posted suggested age appropriate categories for all of our products.

Can you provide favours or loot bags in quantity for Company picnics, Corporate Events, or parties?
Yes, we can provide loot bags for any occasion and any amount that you need, where children need to be amused or feel that they are a special part of the party. Please contact us for large quantity orders.

Do I have to buy all of the same loot bags?
No. You can mix and match as few or as many loot bags as you'd like. Keep in mind the gender and ages of all the children attending your event or party. If you would like assistance selecting different loot bags, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Isn't it more expensive to purchase your products, can I not do it for less myself?
If you're going to use the same quality products in your loot bags, diaper cakes, or gift baskets that we have in ours, it may be difficult to do it for less yourself. We buy in bulk and pass the savings on to you, thereby offering you quality products while we save you the time, expense and hassle of doing it all on your own.

Can I customize my gift basket or diaper cake?
We would be more than happy to customize any of our gift baskets or diaper cakes. Please contact us if you would like to add or exchange any items from our current selection of gift products or if you would like to customize your own.

How long will it take to get my order?
For Loot Bags, most pick up orders can be ready within 24 hours. All other orders are typically shipped out the next business day.

Currently we ship to Canada and the United States

We use Canada Post Expeditied, or Fed Ex depending on your location.

Is local pick up available?
Yes, if you are in the Calgary area, you are welcome to pick up your purchase. We are located in the NW community of Panorama Hills.
